At Gosford Sailing Club, we’ve been part of the Central Coast community since 1932—bringing people together through sailing, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

With a stunning location right on Brisbane Water, we offer something for everyone—from sailing courses and live music to family-friendly dining and unforgettable events. Our mission is to create a space where locals and visitors feel at home, whether they’re joining a regatta or relaxing with a glass of wine at sunset.

If you wish to join as a social member, we require you to sign up over the bar at the Club with a valid drivers license, photo ID or passport. You can print the form at the bottom of this page and bring it in to the Club to join.

Gosford Sailing Club has a long history of partnering with local, national and international brands to achieve the best possible results for both the Club, our Members and our Sponsors.

Our philosophy and engagement with organisations is about creating balanced, relevant and equally beneficial relationships which showcase the sponsor’s business, product or service whilst supporting the goals and objectives of the Club.

The golf section was Established on 3rd May 1977 and is for any level of golfer for men and women.

We play most of our games on a fortnightly basis at Gosford Golf Course, and have away games at Wyong, Toukley, Toronto & Belmont throughout the year.

All Games are played early Sunday morning, and when played at Gosford we go back to the Sailing club for a BBQ lunch and presentation.

Each year we have a weekend away, in October. This year it is in Nelson Bay, where we are playing at Murree, Horizons and Nelson Bay.

The Gosford Sailing Club aims to provide our sailing category members with greater membership benefits by connecting with other Sailing, Yacht, and Cruising Clubs to provide reciprocal rights between both Clubs.

The benefits differ from Club to Club, however some of these benefits include; access to use the club facilities, preferential berthing, member discounts on food and beverage and welcome tours.

Prior to visiting any of these Clubs, please contact their Club administration as some require an introduction letter which you will need to produce upon your visit to receive the Club benefits.

If you are a sailing member of a reciprocal Club and wish to visit Gosford Sailing Club, please produce your membership card upon arrival and our friendly staff will assist you with signing in and will issue you with a Temporary Membership Card for your visit. With this card you will receive the following benefits:

Access to the Club facilities.
Member pricing on beverages.
Member rates for casual berthing – contact the Marina Manager sailing@gossail.com.au prior to your visit to arrange.
