I understand and agree to the following conditions that I have read and ticked:

Safety on the marina is my responsibility

I do have a recovery procedure in place in the event I fall into the marina.

Keep the marina gate locked and maintain the security of the marina at all times.

Abide by the marina protocols and practice WH&S procedures.

Secure my boat to the marina in a seaman like fashion with appropriate mooring ropes and fenders.

Inform the Marina Manager before any work is undertaken on my vessel or I employ outside contractors.

Only connect to shore power in accordance with Australian Marina Standards.

Not interfere with any other person’s power connections or mooring lines.

Do not use the Fire Hose reels unless in case of a FIRE emergency.

Abide by the recycling policy as outlined in the Marina Protocols.

No depositing of industrial/commercial waste into the marina waste bins.

Report any damage or maintenance issues to the Marina / Sailing office.

Not to fish from the marina or a moored vessel.

No cleaning or filleting of fish within the marina precinct.

No loud noise after 10.30pm.
